ALLURE RODS
Austin, Texas
Allure Rods is a family owned Father / Son Company lo-
cated in Austin Texas.  Allure Rods is owned by Doyne
and Brett Bailey both of which have a life long passion
for fishing and the outdoors.   Doyne and Brett began
building Rods actually by accident while attempting to
find a source for rod repair.  This  searched proved to
reveal the fact that there were few companies out there
capable of producing quality repairs on used rods.  Brett
and Doyne soon  researched and began  making their
own repairs on wraps, guides, blanks, and handles.  Af-
ter learning more about what went into building custom
rods from some of the World's top manufacturers of Rod
Building equipment, Doyne and Brett soon found them-
selves building rods for friends and it ultimately became
the "family business".

Allure Rods still produces each " Rod" one at a time with
attention to detail and quality workmanship.  When not in
the office,  they can  likely be  found  fishing.   The  Cor-
porate  philosophy is #1 "never get in a hurry;" and  #2,
"never work on a fishing rod when you can be fishing."
Allure Rods makes "working rods,"  that are built to be
used, and used often.   Allure Rods  will  work  with our
customers  to  build the precise rod  for the precise ap-
plication.  There are many considerations and price ran-
ges relating to the components  that are used  in  pro-
ducing  each  rod.  Many  experienced  anglers   have
precise specification request.   Allure Rods also under-
stands that many of our rods are purchased for gifts by
people that don't necessarily know the terminology or
have  an  exact idea  of  what they are  wanting to pur-
chase.  "Allure" does  not  believe  in  high pressure
sales, and we will talk you through the ordering process
explaining your options in clear simple terms.   We want
repeat  customers  and  will work hard to  earn your trust
and friendship one rod at a time.
